Charlotte completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Clinical Psychology degrees at the University of Sydney. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is an Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
Charlotte is a warm, sensitive and thoughtful therapist who prioritises building a genuine relationship with her clients. She believes that feeling emotionally safe, understood, and cared for, is central to meaningful therapy. Charlotte brings genuine curiosity and deep respect to the therapy process, and feels privileged to walk alongside individuals as they explore and make sense of their life experiences and ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others.
Charlotte enjoys working with individuals as they navigate a range of struggles including: eating and body image difficulties; trauma; anxiety; loneliness and disconnection; relationship difficulties; low self-esteem; identity concerns; grief and loss. She is experienced in supporting individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds; gender and sexual identities; and neurotypes. She strives to understand each person’s story in the context of broader family, cultural, and social systems.
Charlotte values working flexibly to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her therapy is grounded in a relational approach, drawing heavily on trauma-informed and attachmentbased principles. She integrates her experience with Systemic Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) in her work. She has worked across a range of services including public, private, university, and charity settings.
