They are full-time and offer support across all aspects of managing your clinical case load, from intake to setting up initial appointments, to making and managing ongoing appointments, handling the billing and rebate side of sessions, sending progress letters, and so forth. They ensure our supplies are there for us when we need them, and they play a vital role in the steps we take to protect our clients and reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our Management Plan. Our support team are also wonderful at helping our clients feel comfortable and cared for from the outset, so you know that your clients are being well looked after and held in other ways alongside of your clinical care.
