Meet the psychologists

We are a team of Clinical Psychologists and Psychologists who are trained and experienced in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. We feel passionate about partnering with people in their struggles and supporting them to have healthier, more compassionate, and authentic relationships with themselves and others.
We work to find a genuine connection with people, and we understand that trust, safety, and security grow in a relationship over time, with shared experiences. We believe that relationships are the essence of health and wellbeing – strong, healthy relationships help us thrive, enhance our quality of life, can be a buffer against stress, and help us maintain emotional wellbeing.
Central to our approach, is our dedication to providing a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, respectful, curious, and collaborative space, where people can gain a better understanding of themselves and how they operate in relation to others, build their capacity for a more authentic self, and feel empowered to live more freely.
We feel deeply privileged in our work – to share the journey of self-discovery, and be trusted with a person's vulnerability, sadness, shame, disappointments, joys, and successes is a relational experience that we have the deepest respect and regard for.
“Vulnerability is about showing up and being seen.
It’s tough to do that when we’re terrified about what people might see or think.”
Brené Brown
We are honoured...
To welcome a diverse group of psychologists, each at varying stages of their careers. These clinicians are independent practitioners who use the facilities at My Space Psychology. While we handle administrative matters, each practitioner is solely responsible for the care and treatment they provide; they practice autonomously and are not supervised or managed by My Space Psychology.
We’re grateful you’ve entrusted us to walk alongside you in this important journey.
