Call Lifeline Australia (13 11 14) - they provide 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services

Call PANDA (1300 72 63 06, Monday to Friday 9am - 7:30pm) if you or someone you care about needs support during the ante- and postnatal period - they provide specialised support to women, men, and families affected by anxiety and depression during pregnancy and the first year of parenthood

Call MensLine (1300 78 99 78) - and speak with a trained counsellor (24/7 access) who specialises in family and relationship issues, including relationship breakdown, separation and divorce, parenting, family violence, suicide prevention and emotional wellbeing

Call Parent Line NSW (1300 1300 52, available 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 4pm to 9pm on weekends) and access telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children aged 0 to 18 years who live in NSW
