Kleio holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Bond University and completed her undergraduate degree and fourth year in psychology at the University of Melbourne and Western Sydney University respectively. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Kleio is an open-minded, warm, and curious psychologist, whose focus is to create a safe space for her clients where they can begin to feel understood and empowered to share their experiences at their own pace. Kleio feels privileged to be walking alongside her clients as they navigate difficult life experiences. Kleio appreciates that therapy is a collaborative process by which she hopes to achieve increased psychological wellbeing for her clients.

Kleio has clinical experience working across a variety of public and private settings including: university clinics, acute adolescent mental health inpatient units, adult mental health inpatient units, and private practices. In addition to working at My Space, Kleio works at a private psychiatric hospital where she provides individual and group therapy for adults presenting with a wide variety of concerns including mood disorders and addictions.

Kleio enjoys working with adolescents and adults of all ages who are experiencing mood disturbance, anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief and loss, complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship concerns, interpersonal difficulties, and carer burnout. Kleio has a particular interest in working with clients who have experienced complex systemic relationships and suffered traumatic life experiences.

Kleio adopts a flexible and collaborative approach to therapy. She offers individualised short, medium, and long term therapy, drawing upon a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
