Mark also provides professional training to others in many of these approaches.
Mark is passionate about providing a safe and effective space where people can (re)discover how to overcome difficulties in their lives. This includes recognising impacts from the past while looking for opportunities for growth. Mark is aware of the privilege of having worked with thousands of individuals and families, each unique, and tries to pass on the benefits of this accumulated knowledge. Mark brings warmth, energy, integrity, and humour to all areas of his life, and is committed to helping others to live full and meaningful lives. Mark specialises in helping children and young people to overcome anxiety difficulties and helping parents to build cooperative and connected relationships with their children.
Mark is available for appointments at My Space on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9am and 5pm.
