Our COVID-19 safety measures

We have taken all reasonable steps to reduce the risks of COVID-19 at our practice. By coming into the practice for an in-person appointment, you understand and accept you are assuming the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

Here are the steps our team are taking to protect you and reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community:

How we are keeping everyone safe:

  • Our support team and all therapists are fully vaccinated

  • Our support team and all therapists have all completed the Australian Government Department of Health COVID-19 training

  • Our support team, all therapists, and clients aged 12 and over are required to wear masks while attending the practice

  • Our support team, all therapists, and clients are required to maintain appropriate physical distancing while attending the practice

  • Seating throughout the practice has been arranged for physical distancing

  • All our spaces are being cleaned regularly across the day and frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, are being cleaned between appointments

  • We have provided hand sanitizer for you to use in reception, in our waiting areas, therapy rooms and in the bathroom.

  • The bathroom is regularly cleaned, soap dispensers are maintained, and rubbish bins are cleared frequently.

  • Our Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems have all been professionally serviced, airclean filters have been upgraded and an antimicrobial filter protect sprayed on filters.  Finally, all units have had a nontoxic and environmentally friendly ECO Chemical Strip Clean.   This cleaning and treatment process is to assist in the process of killing COVID-19.

  • Our contactless payment system will continue to minimise foot traffic in our reception area. If you consent to card details being securely stored, we will process your payment and Medicare rebate (if you are eligible) after your appointment and email you the receipt.

  • If your therapist is unwell or has been identified as a close or casual contact, they will move their sessions to Telehealth and follow the NSW Government guidelines with regards to COVID-19 testing and self-isolate.
